Managing a rental property is one of the most stressful and least well-served experiences in everyday life. Scattered documents, unclear obligations, forgotten deadlines : tenants and small landlords are largely left to figure it out alone. Lojji was built to change that.

Product Designer , end-to-end. I designed Haven, the product's design system, along with the 5 core screens and the overall UX and content strategy. Solo project, mobile-first.

I conducted 15 interviews with tenants and individual landlords to map the main pain points. Three insights shaped the entire project :

"I know I have the document somewhere, I just never know where."
Cognitive load from scattered storage. Users often react when it's already urgent. Administrative complexity creates a feeling of inadequacy and frustration.
